Delivery & Returns


We think you'll love the shoes from Charley Boutique and you will be a valued customer of ours. Charley Boutique will pay the delivery cost to you where the total order value is over $80, otherwise there is a small delivery charge of $10.


Charley Boutique wants you to be totally happy with your shoes but we understand that sometimes things might not be quite right and we're happy to help fix it.

If the shoes have a manufacturing fault you are entitled to a replacement, exchange or refund.

If you change your mind or you have a problem with the fit, then you can let us know and you can then exchange it or get a credit for another purchase later.

You can get a full refund if you purchased your shoes online from our website - all you need to do is cover the cost of postage back to Charley Boutique.

To do this, simply send us an email to info@charleyboutique.com and a description of your concern. If you think the shoe has a fault, it would help us a lot if you attached a photo showing the fault.

You will need to let us know within 30 days from the purchase date of your concerns and ensure that the shoes are returned in original condition with all packaging intact including the box. With a return for change of mind the shoes must also be returned unworn otherwise the return cannot be processed.

Also we must authorize all returns before you send them back or the return will not be processed.

Once the return has been authorized we will send you that authorization along with instructions on how to return the shoes.

For all returns except those concerning a fault and where a refund is provided, the refund will not include the original delivery charge if there was one.
